RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal - Returns - Exchanges – Refunds

At www.isabeldepedro.com, you can return any product you have ordered or desist from buying it using the form available below or by sending an email to customercare@isabeldepedro.com in the term of fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Customers have the right to desist and may exercise said right, without the need for justification, in the term of fourteen (14) calendar days after the date on which the articles are delivered.

Before returning an item, the customer must send an email to customercare@isabeldepedro.com or fulfill the return form below with the delivery note and the references of all the products that are being sent.

The articles must be returned in their original condition with their full original packaging and the corresponding label, together with any accessory, to the address that Customer Care will send you in answer to your email/return form.

To return an item, customers must send the article(s) on their own account.

Customers are responsible for proving that the articles have been returned and, consequently, they must be sent by registered mail or any other means that provides irrefutable proof of the date on which they were sent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, products ordered from www.isabeldepedro.com that have been personalised at the customer's request cannot be returned or reimbursed.

CAT & CO, S.A. will reimburse articles that are returned correctly by the customer by credit for the amount paid or charged to their card. Articles may be returned via the web by the original purchaser of the product since the corresponding amount will be credited directly to the card used for the payment or paid into the current-account from which the bank transfer was made. To exchange products via the web-eshop, www.isabeldepedro.com  will cancel the returned order and the customer must place another order. In all cases, this process will be completed by the online store management staff, where the following contact email address applies: customercare@isabeldepedro.com

CAT & CO, S.A. will decide, at its entire discretion, whether or not the returned products are in their original condition. Articles that are returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, deteriorated or dirty will not be reimbursed and will be placed at the sender's disposal or sent back COD as decided by CAT & CO, S.A.

CAT & CO, S.A. declines all liability for losses or shipments sent to an incorrect address (details provided by the customer) or delayed shipments of any article you wish to return to www.isabeldepedro.com as the risks inherent to the form of transport you have chosen have been assumed by you.

If you desist, we will return all payments we have received from you, except for the delivery return costs, without undue delay and, in whatsoever case, no later than 14 business days following the date on which you notify us of your decision to desist from this contract. We will complete said reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by yourself for the initial transaction unless you have expressly indicated otherwise. In whatsoever case, there will be no expenses on your account as a result of the reimbursement.

We may retain the reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have submitted proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

You must return them without undue delay and, in whatsoever case, no later than 14 calendar days following the date on which you notify us of your decision to desist from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the end thereof.

You must assume the direct cost of returning the product.

At the present time, we do not exchange or accept returns of goods via www.isabeldepedro.com if they have been acquired at an Isabel de Pedro store.
